Q: What do I do if I forget my password?

A: On the Login page, click on the link that says “Forgot password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address, which must match the email address we have on file at the Foundation. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. If your email has changed, please contact us at (520) 770-0800 or email us at donorportal@cfsaz.org.

Q: How do I update my contact information?

A: In the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on the “Profile” link. On the Profile page, you can change your email address, and password. You can change your mailing address and other contact information on our website https://cfsaz.org/donorinfo/

Q: How can I view the status of a grant check I have recommended?

Click on the Grant History link. There you will be able to see the status of the grant, whether it is still being processed or if it has been paid, i.e. the check has been mailed to the charity. To find out whether the check has cleared, please contact us at (520) 770-0800 or email us at donorportal@cfsaz.org .

Q: Can I contribute to my fund online?

A: Yes, we accept online contributions via credit card through our website. Visit the “Donate Now” link on our website for an online contribution form.

Q: How can I view my fund balance?

A: Your fund balance is listed on the left-hand side of the page under Your Funds. The fund balance represents the current market value at the close of business of the prior day. Your fund balance may not include transactions in progress [i.e. contributions, grants, administrative fees, etc.].

Q: How can I view my fund statements?

A: Click on “View Statements” underneath the fund summary on the left-hand side of the page. There you will find both PDF statements (updated biannually) as well as a button to open FundWeb.net. FundWeb.net allows you to view an up to date statement.

Q: How do I know the amount available to grant from my donor-advised fund?

A: Your grantable balance is listed on the left under Your Funds. If you have questions about the amount you are able to distribute, then please contact us at (520) 770-0800.

Q: How quickly will my grant recommendations be processed when I submit them online?

A: Grant recommendations are generally processed within two weeks.

Q: What do I do if I want my grant recommendation to be anonymous?

A: When making a grant recommendation, select Anonymous under the Donor Recognition section.

Q: How can I learn about organizations I may wish to fund?

A: You can use the nonprofit search, by clicking “Make a Grant Recommendation” or searching from the left hand “Nonprofit search” box on the home page. The nonprofit search combines records from CFSA’s database of nonprofits, as well as records from Guidestar. Guidestar search is powered by Candid and searches a nationwide database of nonprofits. You may search by EIN, organization name, or keywords for the organization.
